In the training course, participants will acquire new alternative methods that are included in the large field of Social Theatre, Theatre of the Oppressed – for dealing with social problems/conflicts and oppression. The methods should be used further on in their activities with their target groups and in non-formal education of their colleagues.

The training will focus mainly on Forum Theatre method, but will also approach Image Theatre and Invisible Theatre. At the end of the training course, participants will gain necessary skills to apply all these methods in their organization and communities.

The course is based on experiential learning – during the learning process participants will actively work on and analyse some if the problem situations by themselves. Thus, the participants will both understand interconnections between different social processes and improve their professional skills.

Participants should be at least 18 years old. (2 participants per country).
